For those of you first dealing with CPS, in my opinion, just don’t sign anything that gives them control of your children, don’t let them in your home without a warrant, and don’t talk to them. They are the enemy and they are not looking out for the children. They give judges false information to obtain warrants. Try and find out what information they said to get a warrant if they do.
If you don’t talk to them, they make threats. That’s all they are, threats. Don’t give them any information. They will twist it and rewrite it as they understood what you said, which is usually has nothing to do with what you were really saying. Don’t trust your lawyer. He is on their side too. Do the research and tell him what you want him to do, don’t let him talk you into something you don’t want to do, or would even be the worst things you could do.
Fight and make them prove everything they say. If there was real child abuse going on it would be a criminal matter. If they can’t charge you with a crime, then there is no child abuse taking place. Don’t be afraid and don’t let them wear you down. Best of luck.

I myself have been robbed from cps they kidnapped my grandson they falsely accussed my stepdad of meth and he’s never used drugs his entire life he couldn’t say what it even looks like him and my mother both are full time church going old school believing Christians I was set up for drugs and put on probation for 4 yrs my pro officer was gonna vouch that I was not doing and was clean the whole time they gave all three my mother dad and me 1hr to get up bathed dressed to go take drug test with one bathroom to share we didn’t have time for all of us so I told my mother for them to go on that my probation would vouch for me . My daughter had just gotten murdered they found her hanging at her lace couple nighs before and I had to go get my daughter stuff that her boyfriend and family just through in the rain I had been up all night crying my eyes out and unpacking my baby girls belongings so cps told the courts that I was doing drugs thats y I didn’t go get tested and cause I even looked like I’d been up all night ok duuu no shit my baby was just killed so then with everything they lied about they took my grand son that my daughter just had and the one I had raised for the first 4yrs of his life my daughter still had staples in her stomach from having my youngest grandson they never even contacted no one in my family that could of gotten him they never gave me a chance to g get him back my daughter was raped or and molested by a 20 something yr old with her first baby. And that baby didn’t know him at all and he didn’t know him he didn’t won’t to and I was told his rghts were waved but come to find out he is the one the give him to they didn’t want my grandson there name was to big they couldn’t afford to get that messed up by the rape and child molesting and there son go to prison so they I beleive also were involved in killing my daughter along with her bf help my grandson was at church everytime the doors open with granny and papaw and very happy never abused and was snatched from us it’s been 5 yrs now I just found out that he is with the dad that molested my daughter raped her and didn’t want anything to do with my grand baby I lost my daughter and both goons in the same month and have never seen from again for lies cps did . My 13y/o step-son is caught in the system and may be placed for adoption he got himself caught up in the Pike County Juvenile Justice System and hasn’t been home since that was a year ago
They target everyone. They lie, they fabricate and they will twist around conversations and dont care that you know what they are saying is not the truth. Our taxpayers money is being spent on this agency tearing families apart rather then looking out for a childs best interest. I never wanted to believe that a government funded agency could and would get away with breaking the law as outright as cps does. I watched one cps caseworker put her arm thru a broken window and unlock a door and let herself into a ‘secure building’. Everytime someone has a problem with a neighbor, exboyfriend or co worker, cps can be called and used as a weapon against that person. weather they are good to their kids or not , does not matter. From the moment that cps is called, the target immedieately becomes guilty. They are tramatising american children by tearing them from loving families. I know of one family right now, dealing with family court. The mother of the child used drugs. yes, she made a mistake and is not denying that she needs help. the child got removed from her home, but instead of being placed with ANY family member, he is placed with the ex boyfriends mother. the exboyfriend is not the dad, he is incarerated. The family is fighting hard to have the child placed with a family member but after 3 court dates the child still remains with the non family member. I assure you that there are at least 4 hard working loving, no criminal record or record of drug use, family members that are begging to have this boy placed with them until mom gets better. How can we consider this to be the best interest of the child and why do we, year after year have to let this happen to families. Why is there nothing that we can do about it. Is there a complain process? If so, wont a complaint against an agency cause further unfairness against the family that complains? In would here in Broome county NY. it sure would. the system is so terribly corrupt here. The caseworkers lie under oath. They do not seek to do the best for any child. This must stop.
Just a note. both mothers and fathers family are working together to get child with a relative. CPS is working against both.
HANDLE THE TRUTH
CPS targets poor people mostly..so if your on state assistance and in the system your children are a target. Even children in Public School are potential targets, especially low income families. Never open the door for CPS. They will often bring the police along to kick your door in, never agree to them interviewing your children. Have a recording device handy. If you can install a hidden camera this is great too. Talk to your child and warn them about CPS. The child has a right to refuse to talk to them. They will often go to your child’s school and “kidnap” your child. If they are coming to your home in a threatening manner.. I would pack my bags and leave right away. If they get the children in the system you will go through living hell trying to get them back and they will be so traumatized you will not be able to fix anything. If you get dragged into court.. GET A COURT REPORTER. If you love your child you will… so you have a record of all the horrific things they are going to attempt. Never ever willingly agree to any service plan.. unless of course you genuinely do need help. Most cps cases are unneeded service plans. They “kidnap” your child and service.them weather they need help or not.This keeps those government funds rolling in and they maximize those funds with there service providers. Even “unfounded cases they do this. They will try to remove parental rights..if they can’t they may reintegrate the child back into your home or stick them with a relative as long as they can keep your child eligible for services your child is merchandise and they will never let that child go. The corruption goes so deep I don’t feel it can even be fixed at this point. The best course of action I feel is to expose these agencies as much as possible while still protecting your own identity. It is the citizens tax dollars funding this “child trafficking”.
