I saw this letter and I think everyone should think about their innocents. Try to fight with what you can.
If I were to write a letter to an attorney in a new CPS case, it might go something like this:
You have been appointed to represent me as an attorney in the county juvenile court. Be on my side; I need your help. I am fighting for the release of my three children from state custody. I am innocent of any wrongdoing. The caseworker made assumptions about me that are false. My children need to be at home with me, for their well-being – mentally, emotionally, and physically.
While you are my attorney, please keep in mind that you are working for me, not for the county that pays you. As my attorney I expect you to give me the best legal representation available. I therefore request face-to-face meetings with you at least once monthly to make sure you are actively working on my case, and not letting it slide between the cracks.
I understand that many court-appointed attorneys tend to simply guide parents through the juvenile court system, advising them to plead guilty to charges to make things easier for everyone else in the courtroom. This is not the kind of representation I’m requesting. I’m asking you to be actively involved in proving my innocence.
I’m hereby asking that you take my case to trial and make the caseworker prove all charges. Since they are false charges, I think it would be in my best interest, and the best interest of my children, if I were to fight to prove my innocence with a full trial. Do not under any circumstances ask me to plead guilty to false charges against me.
As you know, parents involved in CPS cases have to complete a ’service plan’ yet many do so and still do not get their children returned. I would like to avoid doing any kind of ’services’ and request that you refuse all services, and/or force the caseworkers to prove the need for any services requested. I do not want to be in the position of many parents in these cases forced to have psychological evaluations when there is no evidence of mental illness, or forced to do drug testing when there’s no evidence of drug abuse. Please honor my request, protect my best interests, and see that my time is not wasted by unnecessary court-ordered ’services’. Of course they would also be a waste of taxpayer money. Do everything you can to resist these services in my case. As you are my attorney I’m trusting you to fight these issues individually and fiercely.
I expect you to be 100% aware of what is happening with my case at all times, and to inform me immediately of any changes.
I expect you to obtain and share with me a complete copy of the case file including all case narratives.
I expect you to help me compile substantial evidence to prove my innocence in this case by preponderance of the evidence.
I expect you to produce legal paperwork including a complete response to all caseworker reports, declarations supporting my side of the case, and other documents as needed, and to present those documents to the judge or juvenile court referee who hears our case.
I expect you to do everything you can to prevent my name from being included on the central index, blacklisting people from working with children. I am innocent and my name should not be included on that list.
Please respond to my requests in writing within ten days; I will need your written response for my records in this case.

June 9 2016 we had a child taken from his mother, because her and the guy that she was living got in to a fight. She had a epo out on him so when they got in to it the law was called.they called cps and they came and got the child.she went to court and didn’t got any time out of it.cps said for her to get her son back that she had to finish a case plane. She complicated it.while she was doing her case they put her son in a foster home where there was two sextile a salted grils. And was made to wash his under wear in the to lit if he had a act dent. He is 6.we said something about him being put with them.and then they said that he had a prouble because they cough him kissing one of the girls so they moved him and then moved him again.and they have done this 6 times and are telling about move him again. The reson for not giving him back to his mother is that he is acting up. We have tried to get them to place him we us.because we have been his nana and papal seen he was born they stayed with us until he 3 and we took care of him like he was ours.we are not blood to them but we are family and he is are grandchild. And all of this as really had a toe on him he wants to come home and we want him home.they have lied on us and tryed to get us out of it be we are not going anywhere.we have had the judge for us, the county attorney, the child attoney, the mom and her attorney for us to get him and cps refusses to let that happen. We need to victim-ness the right people and leave the nice people alone who never get in trouble with the law alone..Paying attention to people that you don’t trust makes a person depressed and always having to have some one who is not willing to report the whole story is lazy social workers who don’t listen clearly….being around some one who does not listen or make corrections to there mistakes is hurting nice people feelings and not careing for there concerns and worries and with that note….it makes a person feel like a worthless and none-human!
At leas, They do not have to observe any of your constitutionalt your not from San Bernardino County California. They were number 1 in the entire USA at collecting Federal funds for the destruction of families associated with drugs or violence. S Berdo County is not even close to being number one in anything except vacant desert. Their case reports and paperwork are crossing every T and dotting every I to get that money. These reports are mostly pure lieing and fantasy and have no relation to facts. Did you know what they take full advantage of? Ca prosecutes no one in family court for perjury. With their perks and power they steam roll over all who get between them and those funds. They have nothing to offer in the way of protecting kids They scar them emotionaly for life.Those who control CPS are really involved with the Federal governments social change . This is good news if your a radical feminest or gay. The Feds want to be put first ahead of God and family.. They have succeded… The other trick they use is they do not have to observe any of your constitutional rights if it is not about permanent separation from your kids. So they allways pretend its about reunification .. They lie and walk all over you. I have two good friends who killed themselves after being involved with CPS. After being put through it myself I know that your death is intentional if achieved. For one thing you are greenlighted for murder among the criminal elements (marked)
Cps makes your life total crap and this people force you to go to mental health against your will and take your time and will not allow you to be a parent or even be happy as a parent and when other people pick up the phone and start the crap they are forever protected and not allowed to get on the stand. That means they cover each other butt.

I am Black and my ex husband is white and that is the reason he helped cps take the children away. Shasta county Cps in Redding, California lies. They take children with no court order and no investigation simply to get money from the Federal Government. They lie on the witness stand, have little or no training and they do not do thier job. They even use letters from repeat child molesters accusing people of false child abuse as evidence to remove children. They then take the children to the childmolester and force false police reports. The foster care system is corrupt there too.

My autistic nephew is less safe in his group home.

Child protective services in Denver took my sister’s 12-year-old autistic son from us a little over a year ago. It is terribly painful that our boy is away from us. He needs us and we need him.
CPS opened the case two years before they took my nephew when a doctor called child protective services against us for reasons we have never really understood. For two years, the CPS caseworker left my nephew in our home but kept writing reports suggesting that my sister and I were not competent to raise him. My sister suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder and I suffer from anxiety but we have always been extremely attentive and loving to my nephew. We managed our mental health issues with medication, exercise, prayer, and other calming techniques. But the caseworker said that we were paranoid and overprotective and that this was affecting our ability to parent.
Mainly, she did not like that we were homeschooling our boy.
Learning at Home
We had tried public school when my nephew was 5 or 6 but we felt that the staff were young and inattentive and that our child would not be safe or learn well in that environment. When you don’t have a lot of money, good programs for children with autism can be hard to find.
Our homeschooling was a daily routine of 4-6 hours. We taught my nephew daily living skills and we worked with flashcards to teach him to communicate through pictures because my nephew doesn’t talk. My nephew also worked with a wonderful occupational therapist for two hours once a week until she stopped taking Medicaid.
We sometimes wondered what would happen when we all grew older and my nephew grew harder to care for. We did have some challenges with him—he grew very nervous when he had to go to the doctor, to the hospital for procedures, or when we had tried to take him to school. He also is non-verbal and we didn’t know how well he would function in the outside world when we were no longer able to care for him. Still, my nephew was making progress. We had reason to believe he could read and we knew he was very, very smart. We thought we were doing what was best for my nephew.
Usually, my nephew seemed content. He loved his movies and catalogs, magazines, toys and books that played music or talked. He loved to run and swing and be outdoors.
Charged with “Educational Neglect”
A year after the child welfare investigation began, the magistrate told us that we needed to send our boy to school. Change is extremely difficult for individuals with autism, and over his first year returning to school, my nephew missed several months.
In part, we kept him home because my nephew has a poor immune system. When he got sick he’d be sick for weeks at a time. When we did send him, his nose would run constantly and the school personnel never wiped it.
Then my mother died and we were forced to move from the only home my nephew had ever known. These were two more difficult transitions for my nephew to adjust to.
At times, my nephew refused to go to school. There were also times that we should have sent him but we didn’t. We know that now. We learned it the hard, pain-filled way.
The caseworker said it was due to our anxiety and paranoia that my nephew missed school and a little over a year ago, CPS took him citing “educational neglect” and put him in a group home.
A Chaotic Group Home
My nephew is easily overwhelmed by noise and activity. Even so, he now livesin a chaotic, loud, and crowded group home that we believe causes him constant stress.
Yes, there have been some positive changes. My nephew is eating many more foods than the small number he used to eat and he is also drinking more water. We think this is because he is around other children and he is interested in what they are doing. He is also in a school/day treatment program. For the most part, he has learned to be a part of a group of his peers and interact with them, which he had trouble doing before.
We realize now that a school with the right program for kids with autism is pretty beneficial for children. It gives them a place to feel comfortable that is separate from their home, and allows them to be around classmates who are similar to them.
Stress, Pain, Confusion
But the negatives are so terrible that they far outweigh the positives. My nephew has been ripped from our loving care. We believe that he does not understand why he is away from us. He also is constantly ill and has even had his tooth broken three times.
Plus, the house environment is not at all suitable for a child with autism, who needs order and calm, not chaos.
There are 10 young men up to 21 who live in my nephew’s house, usually with two staff members per shift in the daytime and only one at night. There are several boys with self-injurious behaviors. One boy plays with balls and doesn’t care who he hits. One child bangs his forehead and has a permanent goose egg as a result. Two boys scream and yell very loudly.
Though my nephew cannot speak to let anyone know how he is feeling, what we do know is that his obsessive-compulsive behaviors have increased tremendously since he entered the group home. He also continuously scratches up his back to the point of making it bleed. When he was living at home, the only times he scratched was at the doctors, the hospital or somewhere else he wanted to leave.
At the end of every visit at the group home, my nephew would grab the tote bag that he arrived with, his coat and shoes, and head out the door to our car. Other times, he would grab our hands and pull us out the door with him. He would also look directly into our eyes for a long time as if he was trying to tell us, “Take me home now.”
Inadequate Services
They took my nephew from us because they said we were not meeting his needs adequately. But the group home does not have adequate services to meet those needs. We don’t know what my nephew is learning at school because the school will not tell us. The group home only has an occupational therapist and a physical therapist come to the home two days a week to work with all the boys separately in 15-20 minute sessions. From what we have seen, they do not work on much at all.
After many years of searching, we finally found a speech therapist who accepted Medicaid and who was willing to visit my nephew in the group home, but the group home said no. A speech therapist is what we have always wanted for my nephew and what he desperately needs.
Sudden Changes
Five or six months ago, the agency started the process of transitioning my nephew back home. For six weeks we were allowed home visits with him three days a week. Then a new caseworker came on who seemed to know very little about autism. When the group home notified her one day that my nephew had scratched up his back, she decided it was a sign of his heightened anxiety about returning home to us, and she e-mailed everyone that she was stopping the visits and the transition to home.
We explained to her the scratching history, as did group home staff. We also explained that my nephew had already scratched himself when we picked him up from the group home. But it seemed to make no difference to her or to anyone else.
The court refused to reinstate the transition back to home. Then the caseworker and her supervisor succeeded in changing the goal from reunification to long-term out-of-home placement at the group home.
Hoping for Results
Now we have visits with my nephew only once a week for four hours in our home. We are doing everything we can to fight to bring my nephew back home. We have saved up to hire a private attorney. We also have found an advocate who is working with us. We hope a new hearing will yield a different result.
The pain of seeing our boy in pain is so excruciating, there are no words that can describe it. I cry for him every day. We just do not understand why they will not give our boy back to us.
My nephew has a safe home with people who love him more than anything in this world. He can go to school while living at home. All we want is for him to be allowed to come home.
Until we do something as a whole, none of us is gonna be taken seriously, we are looked upon as bitter parents that did wrong and now are regretting doing it, what needs to be done is simple, hold a huge rally, but needs to be a massive one or we wont be heard, about 100,000 per city should do it, demand change and demand that cps and corrupt judges be removed, and our children be protected against those that would seek to use them for lining the pockets with money, Lets fight the evil that lurks in or government and destroy it once and for all!!!!!

my daughter cassandra is in c.p.s know because of her x boyfriend does not like the way she did things if she did not answer the phone he would call on her. know we went in front of c.p.s. and the family and they told cassandra she can not have aiden till she does ever thing they tell her to do that will take her 6 months to 18 months. and cassandra only see aiden once a week . i can not even see him at all. i miss him a lot. i wanted to get wanted to get aiden and they told me i can not because i accusatios on me. i have one that my x sister-law called on me and said stupid things and they closed the case they did not see anything at all. they are saying after 9 years i took my daughter cassandra to a motel and let her do drugs. that never happen because if that did that they would of took my 2 kids i never saw a judge or anything. they are saying things. so i can not get aiden i will fight this and i will take this all the way to court and i will make sure people loose there jobs.for saying false accusations on me i live in mich. and the c.p.s. sucks my daughter never did the things they said she did.they told me i have to get attorney and i called a lot and they all want 2500.00 just to start. thats a lot of money when you never did anything wrong. they think you are going to shit the money out. i will keep you all posted thank-you lisa.

I had a old cps case in 2008 with my 3 other daughters because my neighbors cross the street called cps on me on lied and said that my 5 year old daughter was in the street and that never happened i had a rude social worker that use to lie on me and make me look bad in court and i did all my service that my social worker wanted me to do and my 3 daughters still got adopted out in june 2010 lost my parent right only for those 3 girls tho and i just had a newborn baby 18 days ago and the hospital lied and said to cps i meant harm my newborn because of the old cps case and they said i didn’t have a car seat either and that was a lie because the hospital seen my mother with the car seat so the hospital hold my baby in the hospital nusery for 3 days so cps can pick her up and cps keep saying i’m doing drugs and i’ve never did drugs in my life and probably drink once or twice a year
ok so cps removed my two step daughters from their mothers house 5 years ago. the girls were getting beat baddly by their moms boyfriend. cps tried to blame my husband and i and when that fell threw they gave the girls to us for the school years and to their mother for the summers. now we live in a diff state and ever summer the girls get abused. for 4 years the dr and councilers have been reporting it and the cps lady that took the reports did nothing but call the girls mom and tell them what the girls had said and what the dr had found. so they refuse to do any thing while this women allows her boyfriend to beat the crap out of her kids.

Well, i have heard “CPS Horror Stories” b4 but never put much in2 it…until now…I am in NO way going 2 say that wat happened 2 my son was NOT negligent, it was…but NOT on my part…my son is 2 1/2 and my daughter is 6 months, basically we have our hands full…well, on 11/19/10, my son was in the bedroom with my mama, my husband was taking a shower and i was changing my daughter…i had NO idea that my mama went 2 her bathroom 2 get dressed 4 a Dr. appt. until my husband went 2 check on our son after his shower was finished…he came back in2 the bedroom and said that he had caught my son in my mama’s medicine, he had a mouth-full of blood pressure pills and flexiril, my husband did the only thing that came 2 mind, he popped him in the back of the head so he would spit them out…not knowing how much if ANY he had ingested I called poison control in NC and the woman said just 2 b on the safe side i should take him 2 the ER, i did, i gave him the activated charcoal they said he had 2 drink and they hooked him up 2 a heart monitor, took ALOT of blood and some urine 4 tests, THANK GOD all that came back in his system was asprin which was from some cold medicine that he was taking…basically he had not ingested ANYTHING from her room…well, my in-laws had come 2 the ER and were in the back with my son while i changed and fed my daughter, during this period a very rude and overbearing woman came up 2 my husband and I…IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE ER WATING ROOM…said she was from CPS and that they were now involved and that WE needed 2 find somewhere 2 talk BC she needed 2 remove the CHILDREN from my home and in2 foster care…well, at that point she had already blurted our buisness out 2 EVERY1 so the need 4 privacy was non-existant…she ONLY removed BOTH children AFTER she saw me with my daughter, never asked the Dr. IF he had ingested anything or what his condition was, basically she ASSUMED that the meds had harmed him…well, i pretty much flipped when she mentioned FOSTER CARE…what GOOD mother wouldn’t, i think i would b more wary of the mother who DOES NOT get hostile when the words FOSTER CARE r mentioned pertaining 2 her children, not the case…she came at me with the worst attitude i have ever seen from ANY state worker, i think she was mad BC her Friday afternoon was ruined since she had 2 make an ER visit and place ny babies out of my home…i told her hell no they would NOT b going 2 FOSTER CARE and she agreed that my in-laws could keep them while they “investigate the incident” well, during the next week, there were some allegations made that my husband and I were on drugs, abusing pain meds etc…so we were told that we HAD 2 submit 2 drug tests, which we did willingly BC we knew we were clean…it narrows down 2 my father-in-law is a jerk and he made the false allegations against us, and truth b known, HE is the reason that my babies were removed from the home BC 11 months ago my son refused 2 eat spagetti 4 him and he got mad…he has a NASTY temper and can b VERY vindictive…so he called CPS and said we were NOT feeding our son and that he was malnourished…the caseworker who handled that 1 said that she saw NO signs of the allegations but i had 2 take him 2 his Dr. anyway so they could have him checked and close the case…which they did…closed it BC the allegations were un-true and un-founded…well, the caseworker now said that the reason they removed my babies was BC this is the 2nd “incident” within a yr…even though the 1st so called “incident” was un-founded and closed within 5 days of it being opened…it makes no sense WHY they were removed if the allegations were not true and the case closed…well, things only get worse from this point…my father-in-law told the caseworker AND her supervisor that he can only keep my son for 30 days and after that they will have 2 find placement 4 him in FOSTER CARE…my mother-in-law has temp. custody of my daughter and she has told them that IF this thing drags on she will get a bigger apartment and take BOTH of my babies…her health is NOT good and that would really take it’s toll on her, but my father-in-law doesn’t care, he is selfish and only thinks about HIMSELF, he REFUSES 2 admit that it was HIS doing in the 1st place BC he called CPS about such a stupid petty allegation the 1st time…anyway, our drug tests came back clean and we have been down 2 CPS and spoken SEVERAL times with the caseworker’s supervisor…she will NOT tell us when we will get the babies back, all she has said is that it IS “CIRCUMSTANCIAL” evidence and that they have NOTHING hard on us. I went out and bought a lock box 4 mama’s meds so this can NEVER happen again but they still have not let my babies come home, they did a house visit and saw that i keep a clean and tidy house yet still, NO MENTION of when they will come home…now the supervisor has told us that in order 2 get them back we have 2 attend 4 parenting classes, 1 per week which is a month…as i stated b4, my father-in-law said AFTER the 30 days is up he WILL NOT continue 2 keep him…she KNOWS this yet she keeps dragging it out…the really bad thing though…my husband has 2 daughter’s with his ex and the CPS supervisor knows her, they r very good friends…well, my 4 yr old step-daughter had THREE incidents within a 6 month period…the 1st, she was in bed with her grandparents…a BIG no-no BC she was only 2 at the time…and she fell out hitting her forehead on the night stand and had 2 have 12 stitches…then, she was allowed 2 stand in a kitchen chair, at 2 yrs old…and she fell, her arm started 2 swell within minutes yet instead of being taken 2 the ER, her mother took her home…4 days later she FINALLY took her 2 the ER and the swelling was so bad they couldn’t even fit her with a cast at the time, they had 2 re-break it BC she waited so long…the last incident, she was grabbed roughly by her mother on the SAME broken arm and it was broken AGAIN…CPS went out 2 the home and the supervisor who knows her said that she knew it was an “accident” and she would NOT take the case any further BC she “KNOWS” that she is a good mother and it was rediculous…how can u b a good mother when u wait that long 2 take ur child 2 the ER…even though she cried EVERY time her arm was touched…then on top of that U, the child’s MOTHER, broke her arm again BC u grabbed her 2 roughly so u could punish her 4 something she had done…i don’t get it…they r crooked as hell BC i have NEVER had ANY1 other than my father-in-law call CPS on me, my babies r healthy and happy, my son cries every night BC he wants his mommy and daddy and i am missing precious time with both of them BC of this stupid crap…my husband has even told the supervisor that she SHOULD b doing a drug test on his father since he illegally buys pain meds from a family member since his Dr. feels that he does NOT need 2 b on them…CPS has GOT 2 b the MOST CROOKED of ALL Govermant agencies BC they can do what they want and get away with it…i have no idea who i am going 2 contact about this but somthing has GOT 2 b done about the way they r allowed 2 conduct thier buisness…i have gotten contact information 4 senators in NC and i plan 2 run this past them BC there is NO reason WHY my babies should NOT b home…the sad thing is that they r more concerned with removing children from homes instead of looking in2 ACTAUL child abuse from family AND from the VERY SAME foster homes that CPS re-locates these children 2, they r not all like that BUT i know there have been so many cases where the child was taken from the family and placed in a CPS approved foster home only 2 b taken from a SAFE environment and placed in a hostile and dangerous 1…srry this is sooo long but i needed 2 get it all out and if ANY1 who reads this has ANY suggestions please feel free 2 respond back and let me know…CPS HAS GOT 2 B STOPPED…

I’m a mother of three kids and my kids where taking away from me I need them back they are with there father and thru his girlfriend family member who works with cps they made false allegations against me and my friend now the court believes them while my kids cry to come back to me I’m very sad and feel hopeless because I can get them out of where they are. I was a victim of the system. They took us away from my mom,dad,brother,sisters,home,family and friends, without notice. At age 4 remembering hiding,crying,not knowing what is going on. Foster parents telling us if we go to our home or near our family that they would take us far away and that we would never see them again. Can you imagine a child hearing this and what thoughts went through our heads? I was planning on takeing my siblings at age 4 and running away to go home. I lived out of suitcases,got my hair chiopped off, it was like hell. This made my parents go chaotic and do things they normally would not do. My dad stole us from the state and ran to another. Then they caught up with us and then on out foster home to foster home we went. Remebering them comeing into my school almost everyday trying to get me to say my family did things to us all the time. Day after day I went through this. Flunking 1st grade because this was happening. My father finally got us four children back but not for long, almost every other week they came in and took us over and over, until my dad gave up rights to our youngest siblings. And this still was not enough for them. They only gave my mom 30 days to move four states away get a home , job, ect… did not work out so she lost us. No matter how clean our home was or how much food we had they continued to rip us away. Until we moved up north to stay with my mother. Few years later we found out that the welfare lady that started this whole thing got arressted for drugs and had her children ripped away. Did the system go back and fix the many homes she ruined or compensate us for our losses? NO! Not even a apology. We have many problems today because of this. I wish I could sue these people for what they did to my family. Thank you, Tracy Moon.

Hello warriors on the front lines of family rights,
We have cried, fought, battled until we collapse, yelled, begged, pleaded, picketed and sat in courts across the country. Now it is time to organize. Never before is it more critical than to do so right now. President Obama is getting ready to submit the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Treaty to Congress. If this gets ratified, what few rights we do have left as parents and extended family will be gone and the government will decide on literally everything including throwing out the Constitution and bringing in something else.
Citizens for Family Preservation International is starting a Family Preservation Union in all 50 states. It is critical that you support this and get others to support it as well. In order to bring your state on board, we will need at least 100 union members. This will provide a part time job for a union organizer who will help build the foundation of help to families. Through the Union, families can get legal help in their respective state when the caseworkers first start investigating instead of waiting till the children are removed. Multicultural parenting classes are in the works as well as extended family help and assistance through the regular membership.
Please join the membership and/or union and encourage everyone you know to do the same. Send this out to people who you think would be interested from your list and let all concerned family members they need to come on board as well. Union membership can be gifted by someone else.

My 2 year old son was takin from his mom who is on meth my son tested positive i reported her to cps march 29 2009 they told me she was a fit mom and that if i made fals allegations i could go to jail well a year later cps takes my son from her after her own husband called on her i was not notified until day of team meeting and they wont give my son to me i am not on drugs have been clean a year and 6 months i smoked pot back then , i and my current spouse took drug test they came back negative we have clean home and love my son very much but i am having to go to court to fight for my son they refuse to give him to me he has allready hurt himself in foster care but never once was he ever hurt are in danger when in my home i tried to take him from my ex but i couldnt afford attorney and legal aid wouldnt qualify me for assistance how can cps do this can anyone help im afraid my court appointed attorney isnt gonna help much where is justice for the innocent parents

hello, i am allison and i am now 15 years old,
when i was in first grade a strange woman came to my school and pulled me out of class and started asking me questions, i do not remember the questions but, the next thing i knew they put me into a car and drove me to down town with my older brother paul. I was soo scarde that i had a panic attack and was not able to breath. My brother (only 7 at the time) was crying holding me and screaming at the woman to help me. But she did not care. So then they put me in a building with lots of kids and they bullied me because i was always tiny.(two foot two and i was five) well i see my mom on the floor begging for them to give me and my brother back. They did on the condition that they keep my oldest brother away from me for a year. HE WAS ONLY ELEVEN! This old woman across from our house hated us because we were a close family and her children turned out to be druggies. so she told them crap about my brother kevin molesting me. I am crying right now, i just found out about this a few minuets ago and keven (now 21) was crying. He has never hugged me in 10 years because it reminds him of CPS, Thoes bastards destroyed his childhood and caused me emotinal tramua so i cannot remember anything from age 5 to 8. now i just learned that they put kevin in a small room and interigated him for 6 months. and if he looked away the woman would grab his face and force him to look at her. i want to expose them for what they did. my brother has never been the same. and after my brother told me this, he finally hugged me. for the first time in 10 years. Im going to make thoes bastards pay.

im in the same place.cps has stole our kids and they had to lie to do it i cant afford an attorney on low income and i dont trust the court appointed ones i have found lies in the papers they gave me.and i cant find any help…tracy
hello tracy, it seems as if when a person has come to this fight. we realize we are all in the same place. I was lied on to the courts by the cps case worker. and tricked by the therapist, manipulated by attorneys.
yes im angery… but not upset with my childrens mother. she was tricked and had to do what she thought was best for a quick return of the kids. now i sit frustrated and fearful. what can i do? so i started spending time on this computer looking for some type of direction. my case has just been bonded over out of the juvenile court and they are seeking to terminate my rights. so please respond to my request of fellowship. if you can i would like to know how you managed. i need help and support.
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I can’t believe our country lets this go on. It’s like everyone just pretends like nothing bad is going on. Paying these Social Workers, to destroy lives, with out any remorse. I have been fighting them for 12 years and all it seems to get me is trouble, and CPS is allowed to continue as they have done nothing wrong.
It’s heart-breaking, it needs to be stopped somehow.
well now I have spent hours and days trying to find someone to help on here and everywhere else. and I am at my wits end. so much for that. just a bunch of blow hard people wanting change and join them, well it is not gona do me any good to join, its not gona get my grandson home with family now is it. No bleeding heart attorneys to rely on, all the replys I got back was well looks like you need an attorney, no kidding! all talk no action is what I got, so here goes another kid down the tubes cause no one is really out to help any one, its hell to be poor,all the rich folk with all the money, they tallk crap too.
